    Excellent hotel with its wi-fi, fitness centre, and spa. I remember my first stay when the staff kindly provided me with a bottle of water at night. I highly recommend a massage here! I'll be back for Christmas!

    Activities galore for all ages

    The sprawling lawns and vibrant greenery create a perfect ambiance for relaxation. My child especially enjoyed the various activities planned throughout the day. Meals were good.

    The check-in time at 2 PM felt unusually late, cutting into our time. We were disappointed with the swimming pool's maintenance, which hindered my husband's enjoyment. Limited dining options post-lunch were another setback.

    The cleanliness could use a serious overhaul!!! Both room sizes and available dining options left much to be desired. Some facilities are poorly maintained, surprising for a supposed luxury hotel!!! It falls short of expectations!!!

    Perfect pet-friendly escape

    We had a blast! The gardens are fine and our Beagles loved the pet perks. Staff was super friendly but the room felt a bit cramped considering the price. The food quality was great too, especially in the bar area. Just wish there were more activities for kids since the pool was the only main attraction.

    The hotel's location is exceptionally nice and unbeatable, close to Delhi and Delhi airport. the activities during the day, such as camel and horse-riding, and in the evening, like tea, tambola.

    As a leisure traveler, I stayed at Heritage Resort and Spa for a weekend getaway. The staff provided exceptional service, particularly at the restaurant and with prompt room service. The peaceful and clean environment, adorned with a Rajasthani touch, created a perfect atmosphere for relaxation. The staff's warm hospitality, greeting guests with a smile and "namaste," was truly delightful. The resort offered various recreational activities, such as a spa, gym, indoor and outdoor games, pool. it was a comfortable and rejuvenating experience.
